Inspired by the Southern Coasts

Cape Saint Blaize Classic Gin draws its inspiration from the untamed beauty of South Africa’s Mossel Bay region. Perched on the southern coastline, the Cape Saint Blaize Distillery overlooks a breathtaking seascape where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. It’s here, amidst the roar of waves and whisper of coastal winds, that the journey of this gin begins.

The Botanicals and Craft Behind Cape Saint Blaize Classic Gin

Every element of this gin pays homage to its origins. Its botanicals, foraged by hand along the shore, carry the spirit of the Cape’s unique biodiversity. The juniper and pine evoke the region’s iconic fynbos landscapes, while the zesty citrus hints at sun-drenched orchards nearby. Each bottle is a reflection of South Africa’s artisanal heritage, crafted with care in handmade ceramic vessels—pieces of art in their own right.
