Every great gin begins with a journey, and ours started with one big question: why didn’t Singapore have a spirit to call its own? Determined to change that, founder, Jamie Koh, embarked on the adventure to build a truly Singaporean gin distillery.
What followed was years of studying the craft, gaining both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, from the United States to Germany’s Black Forest. From hiking the Schnapps Trail to planting Christmas trees in exchange for lessons, Jamie and her team immersed themselves in the traditions of distillation, driven by passion and curiosity. This laid the foundation for a brand that would become the pioneer of craft spirits in Singapore.
