Nestled in the high prairie of Nombre De Dios, in Durango, lies an ancient distillery. With the new generation in charge, the brothers gave it their modern twist - fine tuning a solar powered system which fuels the entire operation. Still true to its original way of distilling, the process is completely artisanal, with double distillation in copper alembics.
